A dream : to visit Dubaï !

Dubaï is the most Emirate famous of United Arab Emirates. This fame it's because of tourists projects gigantics particulary for building and a special and excessive architecture.

As the highest hotel of World : "Burj-Al-Arab" who owns 7 stars. It's the symbol of Dubaï. It looks like a sailing boat and has at his top a tennis ground in outdoor (321m above the sea). It's set in the sea on a artificial island.

One of Dubaï impressive project is "The World". 300 artificials islands represent the World. Each island cost aroud between 6,2 and 36,7 millions dollars.

An other construction : "Palm Island Dubaï". It's 3 islands who form palms. Hotels, seaside resort, tourists structures and individual houses are available... but it's of course very very expensive !

With these projects, they want to be the first region of World for tourism (luxury tourism !) and to become one of world pole for family tourism, business...

Horse-ball

For the second group project in IUT, with my group we must sponsor a Horse-ball association.

So today I will explain you what is the Horse-ball...

Horse-ball is collective sport who bring together two teams. Six horsemen compose a team, but only four play on ground.

The ground measure 65m by 25m.

By a pass game, each team try to score goals. This game is lead in gallop.The ball is surrouded by six handles who enable horsemen to pick up him without to bring down the horse.

A Horse-ball match takes place in two period of 10 minutes separate by a halfway of 3 minutes.
Each team must do 3 pass between 3 differents players before to score a goal to validate the goal. The maximum possession time of ball by a same player is 10 seconds.
Two referees evolue on ground. One ride a horse, the other one is sit on chair on ground edge.

Horse-ball is one of contact collective sport who allows the coeducation !

An association

For my first article, I'd like to inform you about the association "Rêves".
Firstly, I will present you the association.
"Rêves" was created in 1994.
It enables ill children to carry out a dream.
The objective is to bring magic and hope in the children's universe. To escape from daily suffering.
At the time of dream the child is freed of all constraint impose by illness.
In september, a young boy, with "Rêves" could be at a match of the french rugby team during the World Cup ! ...
